Product Review Oneida Cupcake Carrier-2 Dozen Item #: 62518

      Here again for my readers  to very happily sing the praises of  yet another great Oneida product in  the Cupcake Carrier-2 Dozen Item #: 62518

     I just love this product. It is so useful and gives you such ease of both baking needs and carry all to any event you desire and it is so pretty to carry along. Many times I have made cupcakes that I worked so hard on to look pretty only to see them crushed after placing them in a container that either squishes the top icing or gets turned over and when you take them out they end up looking terrible.
    Yes, you can bake your cupcakes and get them all decorated beautifully then put them into a snap covered container and carry them to your destination, but wouldn't you much rather bake them, and be able to then take them in the same container as not to have to wash extra containers? Well, that's exactly what you get in this wonderful Oneida Cup cake carrier that can bake and take 2 dozen decorated cupcakes, that easily houses 2 dozen cupcakes and they will not move about while inside, will not get there iced tops crushed and visible through the container with handy carry all side handles that easily snap into place. You can easily store the container in the bottom shelf of your refrigerator until you get ready to go to your destination.
   This handy dandy Oneida product is a 3 section item. The top cover is clear see through (which I love) the next section is the plastic cup cake holder that holds 12 cupcakes after decorated (it has legs so it stands) just perfect when you reach your destination and want to display your beautiful cupcakes) then the 3rd section is your baking pan which will bake 12 cupcakes. The handles of the baking pan are curved out which are easy to grasp and has oven safe rubber tabs in those handles which helps with not burning your hands while holding them while hot. Because even using a pot holder many times that heat will go through the pot holder and you still feel the heat but those rubber tabs on the baking pans handles help eliminate that problem.
  I used paper baking cups which I feel are easier for baking, clean up and a prettier presentation.

  I used a white cake mix batter that I mixed into 3 separate colors into zip lock bags separating the batter and putting in a bit of the Wilton color icings into each one. I feel it works best instead of food coloring and then you just add a small layer of each color into your paper baking cup and when baked you get a very colorful layered effect inside your cupcake.
After they have cooled well,  I then made my own homemade vanilla icing by mixing soft butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. And I put a bit of the icing onto each cupcake and then rolled the edges of the cupcakes into decorating sprinkles. And then used my Wilton icing bag and used two colors of Wilton colors by streaking the inside lower part of the bag using a Wilton paintbrush which had red then orange gel color that you add up the bottom sides of the bag, then you fill the bag with your vanilla icing and as you squeeze the icing out you will see the two tone color effect results you will get using any decorating icing tip you desire, here I used the leaf tip which I think gives beautiful results from the many ways you can turn your wrist at different clock times, giving distance or closeness as you put in put onto your cupcake top.

 After your all finished with your beautiful cupcakes simply place them inside your plastic tray (if you make 24 cupcakes place the other 12 count inside your baking pan section) put on your snap top clear see through cover and your all set to go to your destination.
  I only made 12 cupcakes, so my bottom section (the baking pan was left empty). You can see by my photo's provided that my 12 cupcakes still look pretty and undisturbed from being crushed in any way, ready to go!

I want to take good care of my er loom piece he made for me and keep it looking beautiful, with luster and shine while preserving the woods natural state. All of which the Scott's Liquid Gold Wood Wipes can do for me. No need now for that old cloth diaper to use when I can easily just pull one of the handy wipes from the container and use it to wipe my wooden piece free from dust and dirt. The wipes in the handy container are very large and moisten well with the Scott's Liquid Gold cleaning solution for wood. It smelled great and I was able to clean each tiny crack and crevice of the jewelry box so easy, leaving a very clean, shinny and preserved finish to the wood. I love the smell of Cedar wood. Though many may not know it but cedar wood is a natural wood that gives off a great scent that helps deter insects and moths. The best way to get the full scent of cedar wood is to leave it un varnished so it always continues to release its natural oils. But if you choose to varnish your cedar wood pieces with a clear coat of shellac you will bring out more dark color to your cedar wood and still get a faint cedar wooden scent. My dad chose the put a clear coat of shalack on the outside piece of the roll top desk jewelry box but left the inside drawers in there natural state which smells so wonderful each time I roll up the desk top or open the drawers to get to my jewelry. So instead of using just any type of cleaner or solvent when my jewelry box is dusty, I use Scott's Liquid Gold Wood Wipes because they provide me with a quick dusting & light wood polishing that leaves my wooden pieces with the woods natural oils yet gives them a clean and beautiful luster. Product Review: Allens Veggies

I was recently pleased to be sent a 4 pack variety of canned vegetables from Allen's to review and would like to share with my readers what great products that Allen's has to offer you as the consumer.
Allen's makes a very wide variety of products, names your probably familiar with like butter field,allen's Popeye spinach, east Texas fair, steam supreme, sugary sam sweet potatoes, Allen's tiny tender sliced carrots and more which you can learn about here http://www.allens.com/  these are the 4 choices that Allen sent me for review Popeye spinach,Veg-all original mixed vegetables, sugary sam sweet potatoes, and Allen's tiny tender sliced carrots

  Today I made my home made chicken casserole using the Veg-all original mixed vegetables you see here in the photo (2nd can from the left) I love that choice from Allen's because they are big hearty bites of vegetables that really add to any recipe and make it a wholesome ,nutritious and healthy dish to enjoy. They are great just heated up and served as a side dish or added too a dish like I have here below with my casserole.
Now I won't be able to tell you my homemade recipe for this dish because I have entered it into the Allen's 2nd Annual Recipe Contest where there will be a great array of prizes to win so my fingers are crossed for luck!

I was recently thrilled to receive the Vitaliciou​s Vita Tops for product review. With Vita tops from Vitaliciou​s you get just the right amount of a delouse muffin in a top! They are an all natural product that contains no preservatives and each vita top contains only 100 calories that provides you with 5-10g fiber, 0-2.5g fat,2-5g protein, low in sodium which is ideal for anyone and myself included because I have high blood pressure and have to watch my sodium intake and the best part they are whole grain products that provide you with 50% of 10 vitamins and minerals.When you receive these tasty products from Vitalicious they need to be placed in your freezer upon arrival  because they contain no preservatives and you can enjoy these yummy vita tops by microwave thaw or room temperature thaw and vitalicious will send you clear directions as how to enjoy your vita tops as just mentioned.  Just look at the many selections below that I was sent for reviewing. Choices like  the Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip (my favorite) Apple Crumb (my 2nd favorite) Deep Chocolate (which I'm enjoying right now as I write this post and it is awesome and warm where I just now took it from the freezer and popped it in my toaster yum!) Raisin Bran (which I had with orange juice and it was good too) Banana Nut (which had walnuts atop it and walnuts are not so much my favorite but was still good) the ones I have not tried yet are the Chocolate Mint (which I hope to try tonight for my evening snack because I love mint and chocolate so it's sure to be a hit with me) Golden Corn (which I'm very curious about and think it would go great with a hot bowl of soup for a great lunch ) Pumpkin Spice and a Bran one that I look forward to trying. They also have lots more flavors that I was not sent to review that I saw on there web site like Banana Fudge  "oh that sounds so yummy to try" and lots more that you can find out about here at  Vitalicious   and they offer you so so many other delouse choices too besides there yummy low 100 calories vita tops like vita muffins, vita mixes, vita cake, vita coffee, and recipes too, and last but not least the best thing sent for my review was there vita brownies oh my they were so good a  decadent chocolate chip packed natural 100 calorie brownie treats are topped with walnuts, and contain 6-10g fiber, 3-4g protein and they're low fat! Like Vita Muffins, they're also full of nutrients, so they're actually healthy brownies! Yes, it had walnuts but it was so good! I had one of those with an ice cold glass of milk yum!
