I was so excited to see what arrived by mail the day before. I ask my grandson to pick which one he wanted me to make first and he chose the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal muffins made by Betty Crocker. He loves the breakfast cereal in this flavor so I figured that would be his choice pick.     They were so easy to make, just mix with eggs, oil and water                           Then pour your batter into paper lined muffin tins or grease the tins ~~I did both versions so I could have bit size muffins to :)                  And on the box "Betty" from Betty Crocker gave me a good helpful hint to use an ice cream scoop to dip and pour my batter into my tins...It worked great too!!                                 Then the best part was the topping for the muffins                              Adding the strudel topping of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch                                    Easy to sprinkle on right out of the package                                               Bake Them at 425 degrees                                                               For 18 Minutes                                   My helpful hint ~ Set a timer~ It is my 2nd brain since we are doing other things to get ready for school during this time                                                                                         Handy Timer Went Off!!                                  Out they came :)  All warm and ready to enjoy!!            Served with some Orange Juice in the Tumbler we received as well :) Both my grandson & I loved this new Betty Crocker Muffin Mix of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
