    As a granny of 50+ age, I remember enjoying seeing Mr. Food (Art Ginsburg) on the midday news channel when we lived in Charleston South Carolina many years ago during our 20 year Naval life.
   The TV news of  WCBD Channel2  that aired out of Mount Pleasant, SC. would always let viewers enjoy Mr. Food   (that Ginsburg endeared himself to millions of home cooks via 90-second segments syndicated to 125 local television stations around the country)  which I believe, was coming from New York.
And as it neared it's end midday broadcast, with  him (Art Ginsburg) as Mr.Food  introducing you to a quick, easy & tasty #recipe to enjoy.
   He always told & showed you the easy ingredients it took to create the recipe & gave helpful money saving advice as to what brands were best to use or made the freshest taste.
   Sometimes that helpful advice #tip may be to suggest a generic brand as well as a name brand product used in the #recipe or he would direct you as to what best fruits or veggies were in season at the time or what frozen ones you could use to make the "said" recipe taste delouse with the substitute ingredient for the yummy recipe.
   I used to think to myself as I would watch those short few minutes that Mr.Food had to show us the #recipe being shared on TV that yep, he's going to run long & late and not get fitted in, to telling us how the finished dish looks. But, I was always proved myself wrong & was left to enjoy seeing him show us TV viewers, such a tasty looking recipe dish to try making ourselves at home.
    And he always finished with the words ""OOH IT'S SO GOOD!!"" while he had just tasted the finished created dish.
    I really enjoyed that part of the news cast during the lunch time part of my day, way back when.
And though he (Art Ginsburg)  well known as Mr.Food has passed away, his idea & inspiration for great recipes made to enjoy still lives on with the help & continued works of those who still offer you
mrfood.com to enjoy.

As a granny who loves to cook & try new recipes, that are easy, quick &  will interest my grandson to enjoy.  I plan on making this yummy looking #kid enjoyed  recipe dish that can be found at the website of mrfood.com  for the  #Kids #FoodFriday Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs & Spaghetti recipe dish.
