And that's just what I did with the pretty Cali Stripe Personal Cooler that I was sent for review.

After letting my Cali Stripe Personal Cooler from PackIt freeze for the 12 hours needed, I was ready to test it out! So, I thought I would pack my lunch for a day out! So after going to run errand & then to the library, my grandson & I enjoyed a packed lunch behind the library along the pretty creek. And I was curious to see how my pretty +PackIt Cali Stripe Personal Cooler held up to the cooler test for my lunch items inside.
My hubby is someone who uses his handy dandy temperature gauge on just about anything within the house to check the rooms temps, the freezer etc. So I borrowed his tool & placed it inside as I had just taken the frozen #packit out to see what the #temperature would read. It quickly kept dropping in temperature because of the walls surrounding it that were frozen and insulated. Here it was still dropping & down to 16 and still going. Very cold & felt just like a freezer it's self inside.
So I took his handy temperature gauge out & then added my desired #lunch items inside. And went on for our day.
I was so impressed with the results of the contents temperature later that day. We had lots of errands to run & when we finally we able to enjoy lunch, everything was still very cold & tasted so good.
The can drink inside was still ice cold 4 hours later as well as our ham sandwich that we split & apple that my grandson enjoyed cold :)I love the fact that you do not have to put any type of frozen ice pack inside to keep your food choices cold. Just like we learned early in grammar school science class that heat rises up & cold air temperatures flow down. In this case using the #PackIt, the cold temperature goes all around your items since the walls of the bag are a frozen. So your inside contents get very cold brrrr temp to benefit from and will remain as such from the second you remove the frozen #packit bag of choice from your freezer & will work to keep your contents cold up to 10 full cold hours until the bag has completely thawed out again. When I usually pack my hubby's lunch in a regular non cold walls insulated bag, I always placed an ice pack inside it ON TOP of his food choices because cold goes down. But with this ingenious item, there's no need to do so. Which lessens the need to add those cold aid items and gives you more room to put your desired food items into the packit Personal Cooler
This item is deep as well. Which was a feature I really liked because most bottles need to lay horizontal inside & this product allows you to keep a water bottle vertical inside.
The carrying strap is sturdy & adjustable to the length you decide to make it for ease of carrying.
This product is just one type product for certain needs that the PackIt folks offer. I love the #shop #cooler #grocery #bag (you see pictured above that #PackIt offers.) I think that item would be ideal for grocery shopping yes indeed. But also lots of other uses like attending a large event and the need to carry a lot of cold dishes that would assure your items remained really cool for longer periods of time. I think #PackIt is a great place to #shop for #Back To #School items for the kids.
