With the new year comes goals, promises, hopes for many things we may desire.
What are yours? For me, I hope to eat better, walk more, drink more water & less on even diet sodas which is the only thing I like to drink besides juices. I use to not like a sweet ingredient made salad but, now love to incorporate sweeter fruits such as apples, grapes, dried fruits etc. And this week I began back on my love of salads to try to help myself feel & live better especially since I have type II diabetes.
